It does a fantastic job pulling any small feathers and seeds around the carpet and the attachments are great for detailing. This is my second Bissell product after my Bissell powerforce broke down after 5 yrs of having it. . Love this product and super happy to have stayed with this Brand.

Wheels shredding after two months!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the vacuum for two months and the plastic wheels are shredding. I'm finding pieces of black shredded plastic all around the house. It defeats the whole purpose of a vacuum if the vacuum itself is leaving debris behind. I was told that this may be happening because the vacuum doesn't swivel. Then why doesn't Bissell make it swivel? I appreciate the replacement part being sent to me, but does this mean I have to go through this repl...

Best vacuum I've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this daily for vacuuming up pet hair and dirt (also from the pets ). This works awesome and it is relatively quiet! I had one issue with the vacuum (hose wore out, almost 2 years old when it happened) but it was covered under warranty and it was super easy to get help from Bissell! The customer service was amazing. Coming from a clean freak who loves trying out new products, I would totally recommend adding this to your Bissell line up!

Broke within the first month 1/2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great vacuum for pet hair and it easily goes from carpet to bare floor with no adjustments. I have bought 4-5 of them for family and friends. The only down side is it doesn't stand up on its own. Goes easily in small spaces and under beds.

I Wanted to Love It, But I'm Torn

Not a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not happy with this product. I gave long haired dogs, so I have to empty the dust cup frequently and the vacuum does not pick up the dust or hair. The hair gets clogged in the roller.

Works well on carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Dust cup is easy to empty and you don't have to reach into it. Cord has ample length. Swivel head is easy to maneuver. Seems to have pretty strong suction. Overall it's lightweight and fairly quiet. Cons: No variable suction control, so rugs without a permeable backing will stick to it and require one hand to hold the rug, and also it may be hard to push on some rugs because of this (in this case, less is more in terms of suction). Love it BUT....

I understand you HAVE to hang it up but if you rent you may not be able to do that and while you're vacuuming you literally cannot stand it up when you stop. You have to lay it down. Also, having to put the attachments on the "hanger" is very inconvenient. I THINK if this was disclosed better in the description, I may not have purchased it.

This product works great

I run a pet business at my house and after a dog leaves, I vacuum my wood floors and couches. It gets all the fur!
