Yes I Love this product, it does a wonderful job.

Worst vacuum for the price

Worked great until it just didn't. The brush part of the vacuum just sounded like a jet plane taking off one day and completely stopped working shortly after. Amazingly surprised

I have 3 dogs and I was looking at stick vacuums, but Bissell sent me an email for this one who removes pet hair, and it really does. I've used it several times now and I'm amazed at how much dirt and pet hair is in the tank, it's disgusting, but very revealing about the power this vacuum has. Not for German Shepherd owners

We had high hopes, since this is geared toward pet owners, it may be our solution. Sadly, it performs correctly about 40% of the time. we have one German (shedder) Shepherd and this is unable to manage the weekly use to pick up his fur. The biggest issue is a poor design that allows what is picked up to remain stuck in one of three portions of the hose. For non-pet folks, it would be ideal as the price is good. For us, it simply does not meet our needs.

Amazingly surprised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this and as soon as it arrived, I vacuum my entire house. I was amazed at the dirt it picked up and the dog hair. I have 3 dogs and a very bad back and I was able to vacuum the house without having to take a break. It's little heavier than I anticipated, but not so heavy that can't use. It much easier than either my canister or upright vacuums. I'm so glad I made the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suction power is fairly good. I like that you can easily get under furniture. It's very top heavy due to the motor being on the top part of the 'stick' of the vacuum.

The end of roller brush has shredded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuumn was used in a small home with tile and area rugs. The roller brush was cleaned of any hair or threads wrapped on brush after each use. It got light usage. The end of the roller brush disintegrated. Even though the vacuumn still works it is useless to me. It will not vacuumn area rugs without the roller brush. Very poor quality material.

Roller fails - and can't replace!

It's fine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's fine. Its pretty strong but it smells like plastic melting when I use it for too long. I've only had it a few weeks it feels built decently sturdy. But it feels like it won't last. Only time will tell

Attachment for carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this everyday to clean up pet hair that gathers up from my dog a couple days ago the brush head for carpet quit working not clogged or anything would love to get a replacement head as haven't had this for more than 6 months
