Does not stand or lock roller brush

Bought this after having a Shark Rocket for a long time! Having 2 dogs and a cat, with 1 dog being a Husky, hair is a night mare! This vacuum has GREAT suction, works great! My only compliant is the fact that it does not stand up, or even lock the roller brush! This is VERY inconvenient and cumbersome! That would be a major advancement on this machine. I would probably go back to a Shark due to Shark having this feature on almost the exact same vacuum.

First vacuum to get pet hair off my couch

I have been constantly washing washing my cushions with fabric softener to get all the dog hair off of cushions. That is so time consuming and I'm a beatnik. I was so happy with how the attachment took off my dogs hair. Great product so far.

Would NOT buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about 7 months ago. Within the first month, the brush at the base of the vacuum stopped rotating. Then one of the two air vents on top stopped working. The canister which collects the dirt is awful. When you pull it out, debris goes everywhere and human hair is suctioned in it and hard to get out. Unfortunately, I am a busy person and forgot to return it. For the few weeks that it worked properly, it did do a decent job.

Not liking this CleanView Pet Slim Corded Vaccum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my Bissell rug cleaner but this CleanView Pet Slim Corded Vacuum, not so much. Don't like the way it doesn't stand up on it's own. The button to release the dirt cup is in an awkward spot. Don't like the dust cup because if you handle it the wrong way, the dirt falls out of a hole (which is where the dirt enters in the first place). The "head" is floppy. Not a fan of this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not really a fan of this replacement. It's very cheap and doesn't fit close to the floor on the lowest setting. I am not using it, I ordered a generic one that works better and I love Bissell!! Usually very happy with them!!

Terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the dust canister is terrible. Doesn't matter how you empty it, pulling the top off, all the debris goes flying. It's a terrible design. If you take the bottom off to vacuum edges, the bottom hook for the cord is in the way. You have to vacuum slow because the items you are picking up will still be there. It's as if the bounce off the interior and land back on the ground. I wish I would have purchased a different product. So very ...

Good Vacuum, broke after Six Months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rotating brush head came uncentered and eventually the friction melted and locked it. It no longer rotates. I am going to try and order another rotating brush and see if that fixes it... also happened during shedding season for our husky so that sucks...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three cats (one medium-length hair), so their hair is everywhere. This vacuum easily gets it off the rug and hardwood floors. I love that the hand-held part can be used with the long or short nozzle. I can clean cracks, edges and stairs without having to constantly bend over.

The vacuum itself has plenty of life left in it and was working wonderfully but the 'foot' part that does all the work broke and is not available for purchase to replace. Was definitely my favorite vacuum before it broke within the first year of owning.

Quality product, highly recommend

I own a small commercial cleaning company and I use bissell vacuums for all my clients, from restaurants to theater cleaning and warehouses. It's a great product.

very poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] who ever designed a vacuum that does not stand upright when released??? also dirt cup is very small, have to empty after using it for one small 8 x 10 room very top heavy because motor is on top of handle

Great little machine.
