It is worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does the job well. It is very easy to use and gets off all my baby's food splatters from the floor. It heats up very quickly and the floor dries within minutes. I gave it a 4-star rating because I can tell the product seems like it is cheaply made, i.e. it sounds rickety and I wonder how long it will last.

This is my second product by Bissel and I would by another.

Makes cleaning my floors so easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very fast heat up time, and I am pleased with how it leaves my floors looking and feeling very clean. Just a couple downsides worth noting: the cord isn't super long, so I can't reach all the way on all my floors (I live in a very old house with sparse outlets, so that won't be an issue for everyone). The water tank isn't very big so I had to refill twice on one go over my entire house floors.

I'm happy with it

Works good on hardwood floors. We have 2 puppies that still don't always make it outside.

Unlike other steam mops, the steam keeps coming for as long as you depress the handle. The shape of the mop head is great for maneuvering into corners easily. So happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Floors have never been cleaner! Also steam cleaned all the tile wall in the shower and the dirt in the grout just melted away!! Literally will not shut up about how much I love this product

Annoyed

Just inboxed what I thought was a new steam mop and as you can see it has been used. There is water droplets in it. If you advertise the product as new and that is what I paid for. I have bought other bissell products and been happy. I am so disappointed by this.

I would buy this product again but hope it lasts a long time

Works really well - I find the cord a little short

I only gave it four stars because the cord is really short and I have to keep moving where it's plugged in. I only live in a bungalow and it's not huge but the cord doesn't reach very far.
