Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased steammop 12 1/2 years ago. I loved it but it gave up the ghost recently. I immediately purchased a new one. This new one has the lift off feature which I love. However the old one had a more powerful steam, but, this new one works as well. I am looking forward to another 12 great years of use

Would RecommendI like the ease of cleaning the floor with steam rather than having to use a regular mop and bucket of water. My floors don't get too dirty so this worked perfectly for me. I can't say for sure how the steam would work on a heavily trafficked area that had various types of dirt and grime, but it did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom floors. I'm hooked!

Would Not RecommendI tried to buy replacement cleaning pads for this model 2814N but the ones associated with this model are not the right ones. Even looking at the Bissell website it shows this to be a different model than the one I have even though it shows 2814N on the one I purchased. Model 2814N has a triangular base and mine is a rectangular base. Obviously a glitch on the part of Bissell. This steam mop cleans well. It has a wide base so it covers more area. Not as well built as expected
Would RecommendThe major issue I have with this product is that the water tank leaks. The solvent weld overlap is small and the weld failed the second time my wife used it. The plastic compound is too brittle in my estimation and cracks were noted where the two screws that retain the latch mechanism are located. Solved the leaks with cyanoacrylate glue but I would really like to have Bissell replace the tank pro bono. I would have given a 4 if not for the tank and the flimsy snap in handle

I just moved into an old house that left much to clean and this was perfect to get up all the dirt left by the previous tenants. My only complaint would be that I would like a longer power cord. But overall, very easy to set up, user friendly and gets the job done.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with how well the mop cleaned my very dirty floors- I can't get down on my hands and knees anymore, and wanted a product that was safe for my cats - this was the answer, with just steam! It worked great on my vinyl floors and vinyl plank floors. I do wish it was just a bit smaller as it does not get into tight spaces like behind the toilet, but overall, I am pleased! #sweepstakes

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it on tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. It work ok but makes noise the whole time you're hitting the steam button. The triangular shape of the mop head is too large to fit in tight spaces like behind toilet.
