[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have another steam mop that I have had for many years, but the actual "head" of it is larger and rectangular. I wanted this one because it is smaller and easier to use in the bathroom(behind the toilet, etc.) It worked great! Plus. This one is lighter than my other one, so also easier to lift and manipulate. This is after only one use so will see how it holds up over time.

Yes, I would purchase another Bissell product.

Great Product!

Leaves a clean surface that shines and looks great. Easy and functional. With so many choices of floor care products, we have not been disappointed in any of our Bissel products.

Small investment big return

Appears it turns on automaticlly and when the blue light is solid, it ready to use. That's something different.

I wanted the triangle head to better get into the corners, wanted the attachment to use on my kitchen counters (which I have not done yet). Amazing steam mop at a very reasonable price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Bessel steam mop. We purchased it after a recommendation from a friend with one. It was so easy to set up and use. The steam really cleans nicely and evaporates quickly. My husband used the grout attachment which also worked well. Now we fight over who gets to clean the floor!
