[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great mop! It's a slim body design that is easy to use, the mop head moves perfectly around corners and walls and it stands up by itself. It also cleans the floor!!

I would not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was bought online and it worked for 2 months and stopped working and regardless of what I did it will not heat up. The blue light comes on but no heat or steam comes out and my warranty is up. This is trash, don't waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handheld steamer is large & heavy but the water tank is tiny. You have to hold the button the entire time to get steam. Great sized mop head.

Leaves streaks and marks, makes clunking noise use

I got this model because I liked the idea of it going into corners and the head rotating. But...It leaves streaks and triangle marks on the linoleum.
