I returned the CrossWave as it didn't have an attachment for carpeted stairs and difficult to manuever on stairs. I purchased the ProMax Clean. It has a clean smell and is not overpowering like some other carpet cleaners. I used the recommended amount and my carpets and throw rugs look clean & smell great.

Good cleaner strong smell

Cleaned well, probably would work just as well at half strength, else recommend going over twice with hot water only, especially as L’s Bissell cleaners have next to zero suction for removing solution. Very strong residual chemical perfume, we ran our BlueAir cleaner 7x24 for weeks, can’t anything be unscented anymore?
