Would Not RecommendTried this. My review: Average 3 star cleaner. Nothing PRO about this. Still have pet urine it did not get even with pretreating. Heave use walkways can hardly tell a difference, they are still not clean, better yes clean looking no. Seems to me packaging was changes, added a work PRO charged more for product and no visible difference than those 1/2 of the price. Money gone lesson learned. It's just average stuff. Stains heavy needs, this won't do it.

Would RecommendA truly powerful rug and stain cleaner from Bissell. Worth the money. It removed all the stains I could not get out with the multi surface cleaner.

Good but needs cleaned with hair
