Epic Fail

Fuel gauge didn't work off the lot. Within a few months of owning it, it would not shift in/out of gears without difficulty and finally, 1.5 years after we bought it the winch has quit working and none of the forward gears will engage.

Perfect for this 70 year old!

I’m 70 years old and this is just what I needed to get around my sons land. I live in a small house on my son’s property and needed something to get around on. A golf cart wouldn’t pull these hills so it had to be something else. The 4 wheel drive will get me around in the snow too. Getting it into gear wasn’t easy at first but that has smoothed out. Brand New and Already Issues

Bought the Axis 500 from Lowe's in Hagerstown this past Tuesday and already issues with the transmission not going into Reverse from hard to get into Reverse to not being able to get it into Reverse this morning. So now I must locate a facility that does warranty work and take it to them Also to be able to check the engine oil level you need to remove both seats and then remove the center console then try to unscrew the dipstick from a hard to reach position.....totally a poor design. We brought it in for a oil change and they found medal shavings in the oil change and the oil smelt like gas they said but it seems to be running ok

Purchased new 11 days ago. Can't easily get customer service. After not even 8 miles on it the wheel is about to fall off. Day 2 of trying to get ahold of customer service. I do not recommend at all.

We will never by from the company again or shop Lowes this was and still is a nightmare.

This thing has many problems but I can work around most the gear jumps out in low the gas gauge doesn’t work no one knows who works on these or does any warranty work on it

Axis 500

Bought in April this year {2023} could not believe the price on this unit compared to Polaris or Can Am. Their financing is a great value too! I have put around 60 miles on it getting the winter supply of wood out of the woods, the dump box is great! I have used a half a tank of fuel in it so far, the ride is very good even in the rocky woods. Have had no issues with it starting, running, or shifting. two-year warranty too. Great for the price

Love that it comes with all the accessories. The 1 big issue for me is getting it serviced. I have to take it over an hr away to get serviced in order to keep warranty. That's a half day or better just to get oil change, etc... That's a huge drawback. Would love to see a service provider closer to the Evansville, IN 47711 area.

Bought the Axis 500 and had it around 10 months and had to put it in the shop for clutch bearing replacement. Needless to say there limited warranty does not cover clutch parts so we had to pay out of pocket for the repair and it was $541.00. I wouldn't recommend this junk to anyone.

Only 18 miles

Won't stay running..dies... Bought it in Florida and brought it down to our place at the lake in kentucky...and it dies all the time. Do we need to adjust the carburetor? Can we take it back to lowes in kentucky?

NO TITLE FOR VEHICLE

The vehicle runs well and I am happy with it. I purchased this vehicle and thought that the title was in the paperwork I received, but it was not. I have been trying to get the title every since that time, but so far I haven't received it. I love Lowe's and have purchased a lot of things from them without any problem, but I would love for this problem to be solved ASAP. I live in Indiana and they require that it be registered, and I can't do that without a title.

Great price and features but poor performance.

I really wanted to like this UTV because of the great price and standard features such as a roof, windshield, winch and side mirrors. However, when I got it home it just didn’t have the power I needed. It struggled going up small hills was not easy to turn. I don’t know if I just got a bad unit or if they are all this way. I ended up returning the unit to Lowe’s.
