NO PARTS NO SUPPORT

We agree with most reviews - nice but too noisy and hot engine between seats BUT the killer was NO SUPPORT FROM LOWES OR HISAN. We broke a rear wheel and cannot get it replaced anywhere... Hisan (in TX) said talk to Lowes and Lowes mgr said see Hisan. DO NOT BUY THIS UTV FROM LOWES OR HISAN DEALERS ... WE ARE OUT $10,000 because of a broken rear wheel !

A good buy.

I thought i was buying a 2023 but it is a 2021, got it at a good price and seems to run good. Alittle rough from setting for so long at the store. The windshield was ruined by the tape they put on wi dshield. The company that made them sent me a new one at no charge to me.

I purchased an Axis 500 a few months ago at Lowes. Lowes service was slow and poor. After getting UTV home and driving a few times I had discovered that a tire had a slow leak, cable on wench was damaged, headlights are wired incorrectly, and the front end alignment is out. Lowes does not service the UTV's and after several times contacting the Manufacturer I was told I had to take it to an authorized service center which is 2 hours away.

A little workhorse

I bought the Axis 500 for my 5 acre horse ranch in 2021 and used it every day since! The engine has sufficient power for my tasks - getting around paddocks, dumping manure, carrying fallen debris/branches, moving hay bales etc. I rarely use low drive (FL, flat, mostly sand) but it’s great to have it just in case I get stuck. The cable drum in the front is also valuable for dragging bigger items but does take some care to get the cable to rewind without binding. However, it has proved essential ...

Easy to use. Holds up well in the mud and water. Dump box very handy. Windshield extra nice when its windy

Never got that chance until I picked it up !

It wouldn’t run when trying to start it2 days later. It has a squeaky noise in the front end. There were only 1 key instead of 2 which the factory says comes with packet. I tried to take it back but store asst manager said only 48 hrs to return and was quite rude to me. He didn’t care that I just had spent $8700.00 on this equipment. Issues from the start

Buy if you want to throw thousands of dollars away

The UTV has been helpful with yard work when working. However, the UTV has lots of issues! Purchased less than a year ago and barely used! Gas gauge stopped working, difficult to shift, trouble starting, hitch doesn't fit standard trailer hookups, and randomly shuts off once running.

Don’t go there!

I bought an Axis 500 UTV from Lowe’s in Orangeburg SC about a month ago. The salesman told me they had lost the title for the vehicle and he could only find one key to give me at the time of purchase. He said all I had to do is call Axis and they would send me the title and and an extra key. So I called Axis and the guy told me Lowe’s had to contact him to get the title and key and there would be a $25 charge each for both of them but Lowes would be responsible for the fees because they shoul...

So far so good

So far so good, just 2 hrs on it and still in break in period. Will review again at 10 hrs and maybe at 25. I've read very good and very poor reviews so I'm going to see for myself but it starts and run good so far.

Purchased in December 2023 for my 127 acre family farm. I’m going to be as fair as I can given this is the lowest priced side by side on the market based on the 2000 – 2006 Yamaha Rhino. The Rhino was a successful design and much of this current model carries the design and construction method over to the Axis 500. A little slow, but everyone is so nice.

Manager (Brad) helped us over prior two weekends and answered questions. Customer service people initially provided incorrect information (Told $79 delivery to home and could use 10% veteran discount). Just expect when someone tells me something -- it is true... We plan to shop a lot there, have in the past as well.
