Would Not RecommendWe agree with most reviews - nice but too noisy and hot engine between seats BUT the killer was NO SUPPORT FROM LOWES OR HISAN. We broke a rear wheel and cannot get it replaced anywhere... Hisan (in TX) said talk to Lowes and Lowes mgr said see Hisan. DO NOT BUY THIS UTV FROM LOWES OR HISAN DEALERS ... WE ARE OUT $10,000 because of a broken rear wheel !

Would RecommendI thought i was buying a 2023 but it is a 2021, got it at a good price and seems to run good. Alittle rough from setting for so long at the store. The windshield was ruined by the tape they put on wi dshield. The company that made them sent me a new one at no charge to me.
I purchased an Axis 500 a few months ago at Lowes. Lowes service was slow and poor. After getting UTV home and driving a few times I had discovered that a tire had a slow leak, cable on wench was damaged, headlights are wired incorrectly, and the front end alignment is out. Lowes does not service the UTV's and after several times contacting the Manufacturer I was told I had to take it to an authorized service center which is 2 hours away.

A little workhorse
Would RecommendI bought the Axis 500 for my 5 acre horse ranch in 2021 and used it every day since! The engine has sufficient power for my tasks - getting around paddocks, dumping manure, carrying fallen debris/branches, moving hay bales etc. I rarely use low drive (FL, flat, mostly sand) but it’s great to have it just in case I get stuck. Would Not RecommendThe UTV has been helpful with yard work when working. However, the UTV has lots of issues! Purchased less than a year ago and barely used! Gas gauge stopped working, difficult to shift, trouble starting, hitch doesn't fit standard trailer hookups, and randomly shuts off once running.

The salesman told me they had lost the title for the vehicle and he could only find one key to give me at the time of purchase. He said all I had to do is call Axis and they would send me the title and and an extra key. Would RecommendManager (Brad) helped us over prior two weekends and answered questions. Customer service people initially provided incorrect information (Told $79 delivery to home and could use 10% veteran discount). Just expect when someone tells me something -- it is true...
