Would Not RecommendI purchased an Axis 500 from Lowes in late December and a few weeks later noticed the headlights and horn do not work. Lowes would not refund me the purchase amount and told me "Not our problem" since I did not purchase the extended warranty. Lowes customer service also no help in coordinating with Hisun. The engine is very loud.
Would RecommendSo far I've had no problems except it's hard to shift to reverse. And the brakes make a noise. Probably rust from sitting outside at the store. For the money it seems to be a good machie.

What is great about this machine is it was all inclusive. Came with windshield, lights, horn.

It was leftover stock from 2021. It had been sitting outside so the window was in bad shape. When they cut the boot off after the purchase they scratched it up. Everything had to be refastened, a lot of moving pieces. They threw in a new battery which was awesome. It’s a decent Utv with a lot of features and it gets the job done. Had to invest more money to get it back to a newer working condition. They could have given a better discount on the price since it was leftover stock in less than new ...

Would RecommendBought on 4/17/24. FYI Lowe’s has an unused 48 hr return policy and No service support and I didn’t know this before purchase. By the time we got home there was rusty water on the floor board and on trailer deck thought it was just water trapped in plastic parts escaping so unloaded it and drove it around. Very hard time getting it into low gear had to adjust the chrome ring around shifter it was installed improperly so I had to adjust opening on the plastic console and add a bungee cord to hold...
Terrible customer service
I had problems with the machine 2 weeks in. I called Lowe’s and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me. They had a 48 hr return policy and it has been longer than that. I had to call the dealer which has not been a pleasant experience. Bottom line-I’m stuck with a machine with issues

Would RecommendI bought this a while ago, from Lowes and so far it has been a good product. Mine has a couple issues but I can live with them. I have a rear while that is not riding straight up and down it is slanted sideways a little not sure what the deal is.
