This little device is the berries works great no more turning on and off most of the time I would forget so the lights burned all day very easy to install

It doesn't do what it is supposed to do, doesn't turn on or off.

Had to leave for a few days and it worked great on my porch

Light sensor

The sensor works great. However on cloudy days they will go on due to lack of daylight. An inconvenience but beats having to turn on and off the light daily. I figure I’m saving because my elderly mother in law was turning in the lights 3 hours before dark. Now she doesn’t touch the switch ;) I have three of these and they also have an option for random hours or a set amount!

Perfect!!

I absolutely LOVE this!! It has different programmable settings. It is very easy to install and program and works exactly as stated.

SAVE ME THE HASSLE OF TURNING ON THE LIGHT AT NIGHT. and the best part is, it turns off at first light (Sunrise).

Good For Yard Light

Used for several years in my yard light and has worked well. Tried another brand when this one wasn’t available...didn’t work. I now keep a spare on hand!

does not work

Just doesn't work as it should. I've bought 3 of them and they were all the same. They will turn themselves on, but not off. If you leave for work early expecting your lights to conveniently be off saving electricity as you get home, don't bet on it. Nothing says, "Hey no one's home or we left very early this morning and there's nobody to turn the light off", like a light still going through the afternoon or news papers piling up on your porch. When they get it fixed, I'll give them a shot once...

Doesn’t turn off at. Dawn

You have to leave light switch on and it doesn’t shut light off at dawn or on at dusk

So frustrating

I was happy to find that this product existed. We purchased two of these, and after two days had to return one that was defective. Purchased another one and now after two weeks, one of the two doesn't work. How many do I have to go through to get two working sensors? Back to the store again, but am looking for another source who might have a better product.

Terrible junk

Don’t turn on when supposed to,I set them for 2 hrs at dusk and off. I have to lights on my garage on each side of my garage door. One will turn at random if it gets dark out, due to weather or whatever and the other won’t turn on unless I put my hand over the sensor. Then I need to reset them, which they don’t work even then, only one comes on.

Excellent

Had no problem setting up and using. I installed it on a post lamp for dusk to 8 hour operation and is working perfectly so far, about 30 days. Make sure to keep it pointed away from street lights. I would recommend.

Works Well

I put these in my front garage carriage light fixtures. I didn’t want to replace the ones I had because I liked their style; I did however want them to just come on and go off according to the ever changing sunset and sunrise times. Works great! One comes on a little earlier than the other because it is more shaded by a tree, but that’s ok.

Works as described

Put a pair in the carriage lights outside my garage. Makes it easy to plug in holiday decorations and lights that I want on a timer. Has a random feature that turns the lights out at a different time each night so others dont know it's a timer.
