Second Time Purchasing

WE put these in the lanterns on each side of our garage door. Great security, dusk to dawn lighting. The previous ones lasted 10 years, so I cannot complain!

Works Great

Works great. I have it mounted on an exterior light just protruding out of the enclosure and it works well. Stays on when dark and turns off when it daylight. They should come up with a motion sensing light with this design.

Can't figure it out

The instructions are confusing and it appears a single button does like 6 things depending on how many times you press it. I am returning!

Worked once

Worked once, then would never turn off. I returned it. I was happy when I set it up but the light never turned off

Great for lighting

The dusk to dawn feature is great. They were easy to activate and makes life so much easier. I love coming home at night and the outside lights are on for visibility. I have not tried them in the home, but that will be my next project.

Ok-but...

The device works well, but you must keep the directions. Otherwise later, you will never know how to program it!

Not as advertised

I did online curbside pick up and maybe they have me the wrong items, but this had no instruction on how to set the timer, no random button, the packaging and item look different, and it might even be a different brand. I chose curbside so I would not have to go in store since I am high risk...no I have to return in person because this didn’t even work. Lit in broad daylight, flickered, and did not work once screwed all the way in to fixture.

Best light sensor ever!!

I bought two of these light sensors back in 2015 for my all-season-room outside lights. I have a Carriage Light at each outside door and I screwed one of these sensors and a 60w LED A19 bulb in each light fixture. I replaced the bulbs three times but the two sensors are still working perfectly. Five years now both on and off times 365 days time 5 years and still working perfectly dusk to dawn. Fantastic!

No "Random" button..

Purchased in Lowes @ Hutto Texas, The instructions are printing in mouse print and the part about random mode seems incorrect. Called support.. they said there is a random button... O well.. something isn't right the Hutto store has about 10 of these with none having a random button. Good luck figuring this out..

Light sensor

This sensor was the lowest profile, narrowest sensor I could find. It fit my needs perfectly. The location I chose is an outdoor security light fixture. My light fixture is one with a jar shaped glass cover wrapped in a cage type frame. This sensor was the only one that fits with a standard size light bulb! It turns out to have extra settings should I ever want other than dusk to dawn. It includes 2 hour, 4 hour, and 8 hour settings.

Looking for something to come on when dark in the house before I get home.

Nifty Little Gadget

I picked up two of these and put them in hanging lanterns with LCD bulbs that look like fire. The came on at dusk and off at dawn. There are other options I have not tried yet, but love these. See the two videos.
