Would RecommendRecently we put in a hot tub and just needed a little bit more extra support under the deck, in a short period of time. We looked on-line and found these jacks (along with pre-casted cement type holders). They were easy to install and are working great. The only problem we found that we had to cut the bottom metal support plates in order to fit into the pre-casted holders because they were not the same size.

Would RecommendExceptional quality product, strong and adaptable for multiple uses. I used it to level a deck, support a floor for a heavy piece of furniture, and support a sagging kitchen floor due to a newly installed kitchen island which was heavy. However, the shafts need an extra set of holes to allow more flexibility in height adjustment. Also, some guidance and suggestion on the best way to support bottom of the jack would be helpful.

Would RecommendWe used 2 of these lifts to bring up the foundation our deck - one of our support beams had split and the deck was beginning to sag. Once we had the deck lifted to where it should be we then re-secured the foundation of the deck with a new post and beam. The product was easy to use and worked very well.

Would RecommendI was getting tired of hearing glasses tingle in the dining room china closet. This home is build with no basement but a crawl space. I used this floor jack to firm up the span between the outer block wall and the cement block piles. Firm and quiet.

Would RecommendI bought this because my gap was exactly 19 inches, but with the plates on, it actually measures 20.5 inches. Had to take it back, and to my disappointment, there is NOT one that will do 16, 17, 18, or 19 inches.
