Would RecommendOnce it was installed correctly, it worked just fine. 2 stars for Lowe's installation, not the product. 1st delivery person left a critical part out and it poured water into the freezer and didn't make ice. 2nd guy they sent to fix it had no clue, said it was fixed and it still didn't work. Finally, after I had to tell the 3rd guy what part was missing, he finally got it right.

Would Not RecommendThe bucket is too small and ice cubes overflow the side before it shuts off. The installation manual is inaccurate in several places, especially with regard to the fill tube extension. It's quiet except when the cubes drop into an empty bucket. The hookup by Lowe's was a nightmare. The first guys expertly delivered the new fridge, but they did not know how to hook up our 1/4" plastic water line and said they would make a report. No reports were in evidence and I had to do the hookup myself....

Ice spills over sides and back of bin into back and shelving of freezer. Bin needs improvement.

Call Lowe's service dept if you have a problem.
After is was installed in the new refrigerator, water filled the bottom of the freezer and froze and the ice cubes were vere small and the ice cube bin filled with water and froze.
