Good for the Price
Would RecommendBased on the price, I had low expectations. It did surprisingly well for about 50 holes for a fence. Typically starts pretty well when following the instructions. However, when trying to use it a month later for making holes for plants, it had problems turning over. After trying again the next day, it started, but didn't run well and was smoking when I turned it off. I called tech support and they quickly shipped a new carburetor. Considering the price and a 2 year warranty that's well supported...
made three holes and it stopped working already!!!!!!

Stick to the post hole diggers
Would Not RecommendAbsolute hunk of junk. It's supposed to dig holes and it does not. I could get it to go about 6 inches deep and then it just got stuck and wouldnt turn. I'm a 260lb 6ft man and it was tough for me to handle by myself. I will be returning this item.

Highly Impressed!
Would RecommendAfter renting one last year for $60 for a day, I decided this round to pop a little extra and buy one. Smart move! This machine starts easily and while is designed for a 1-person use, it is still plenty heavy duty. I was able to drill out 8x 18" holes in less than 10 minutes, and that was in hard Colorado clay. I chose this one over the harbor freight due to it having an 8" bit, instead of the HG with 6".
