couple things: Softener holder and to start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Softener is added to the middle part of the washer. Water also has to be added. ??? to start the wash push button, wait push again. Sometimes I have to push again.. I wondered at times why my granddaughter switched from washer softener to dryer sheets. Now I know, she also has this washer. I hang my laundry out in the summer so I use washer softener.

Good, simple to use machine

Already broke

maytag washer

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked ok for a couple of years. Made noise from day 1. Gets off balance way too easily even in bulky mode. Just expect a brand name appliance that I pay that much for to last longer than 3 years. I'll never buy another Maytag appliance again.

OK washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is okay. It doesn't cover the clothes with water very well, and I don't see a difference between the deep fill option or the auto sensing method. I'm not sure if it is working properly or not. The soaking cycle isn't very long.

Fabulous Washer

Big drum but Very Loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can fit quite a bit into this washer, but it’s the loudest washer I’ve ever had. We definitely have to close the laundry room door, and I’m still amazed at how loud it is.

Broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's broken and not covered by the warranty. The parts that are covered by their warranty include only the parts anyway and that's not what's expensive. I wouldn't buy any of Maytag's products based on the warranty. I am very disappointed.

It's a Maytag!

Not worth the money

Broke two months after purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been the most unreliable unit I have ever purchased. It broke two months after I purchased it, got it fixed and something else broke two DAYS later. A huge pain to get service to fix it quickly.

So many problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and it has had problems after problems. First the lid lock malfunctioned and stopped working completely, I replaced that thinking it would solve the issue and it did, solve that issue, but now there is another issue with the wash cycle, it just keeps blinking on the wash led and does nothing. It will not spin or rinse.

Easy to use, relatively quiet.

A new and shiny dryer that works!
