Already had to repair it

After 1.5 years the washer broke. We ended up buying approximately $300 in parts. I am disappointed in how long it didn't last. The washer works great just buy the warranty for past a year.

Way too rough on laundering items!

I find this washer to be way too rough on the items being washed. When removing clothing they are twisted and tangled together. I fear the excessive force or spin is shortening the life of any items placed in this washer.

Awsome replavement washing machine.

Piece of Junk

Save your money. This washer is a piece of junk. Purchased it 4 years ago and have spent more on repairs than I did for the actual washer. Had to have service before it was even a year old. Very, very disappointed, especially since my previous washer lasted 15 years.

Poor quality

My washer no longer washes my clothes. It soaks the clothes and doesn't clean the clothes.

Doesn’t do a good job cleaning my clothes. Doesn’t always drain properly and I have to use the drain/ spin cycle often.

Only Lasts a Few Years

The drum started leaking before product was even 5 years old. Also had to have repaired 2-3X within first couple years. Some of repairs were covered by warranty but when drum started leaking it was not covered.

Breaks Easily

I had to replace my washer as it was deemed unrepairable two years ago. I had a Lowe's warranty on it, but it still cost me money

washer has been nothing but trouble

Repaired 3 times in first 8 months and now 'out of warranty' but I think should be repaired for free since it has had issues from the start. Or I should get free replacement. I will never buy Maytag again if I have to pay to repair for less than 2 years and had continual problems.

Not better everything made in china

During pandemic waited months for replacement parts from china 2 months after this was repaired it broke again and of course warranty was up and they wouldn’t see that as there problem with faulty parts

Horrible

Even on deep water wash there isn’t enough water to properly wash the clothes. The clothes that are sticking up out of the water at the beginning of the cycle are the same clothes sticking up out of the water at the end of the cycle and they are barely wet. They never get pulled down into the water. If you put the soap in and then the clothes before you start the cycle like the instructions say, where does the soap go? Seems to disappear.

Poor features

Since a moment we turn on the washing machine, it started to make a wierd sounds like old boombox during the all sycle until it eventually stops. We are not happy with a quality of washing also. Our old Maytag of almost 20 years was cleaning clothes much better. That is the not happy story of our laundry item.

Rotten machine

I will never buy Maytag again and will make sure my family doesn’t either.

for the 2nd time the machine is not agitating-clothes are not moving/churning/flipping around and not getting clean.
