Would Not RecommendThe blinds were measure by someone from the store or whomever they use, when I got the blinds they all had the same room E-108 and they were supposed to be for different rooms and that's how it was on their paper. When I was installing them, the top part was too short and I needed to put something inside so they would not fall, some had only two screws for each side and others had 3 or 1, I had to use some from my shop since I didn't have enough.
Wands too long
Would RecommendEasy to install and look very nice BUT why are the wands so lonnnnnnnng!??? THEY ARE 51 INCHES LONG. this is ridiculous. I will have to call customer service and see if it’s possible to shorten them without breaking.

Don’t let Lowe’s do an installation
Would Not RecommendThe installation experience was chaotic, confusing and disappointing. I will be writing a letter to the CEO with a detailed timeline of my blind experience that took over 3 months. The Installation Support Team (IST) is just a call center and really can’t solve any issue. Even IST managers are not problem solvers and don’t call back even when they said they would. You’ll have better luck with a local company where you can deal with the owner.

Calling the store is the only negative about this
Would RecommendI have bought Levolor mini blinds for 50 years. We needed 15 new blinds due to color change. Lowe's July 4th ad was 50% off these blinds. Toby @ Lowe's on Coulter was the kind of associate we hoped to work with. Nothing negative to say about Toby or Nick (measurer/installer)

Measurements were inaccurate!
The product itself appears to be of good quality. My complaint is that after ordering custom blinds with the specific measurements, three of the seven blinds were delivered at shorter widths. The packaging had indicated the width I had ordered, but upon measuring and mounting them, the blinds fell short in width by 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. While I was able to hang them on the windows, they were not as ordered. And these blinds are not cheap! Very disappointing.
