Would Not RecommendThere is a part missing and when I called Levolor they said call Lowe’s. When I called Lowe’s they said call Levolor. When I told the Lowe’s CSR what the problem was, she said the missing part would be sent via USPS. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no part.

Valance Slat Replacement Problem
I ordered blinds for 11 windows. There is a nick in the paint on one of the valance slats. In order for me to get it 'fixed' I am required to take down the whole blinds from that window, take it to the store and reorder the whole window blinds. Only one small slat replacement would be required. This seems like a major waste of time and money.
