Soap dispenser failed after 3 weeks. It doesn’t give me much confidence in the faucet over the long run. I would recommend using the extra money you would spend on replacing the soap dispenser and get a better faucet/dispenser combo.
Easy Installation
The faucet was very easy to install. Unfortunately, my old faucet wasn’t quite as easy to remove. But back to this faucet, it looks very nice and I like the fact that it’s fingerprint free. It recently installed it so I can’t note any problems so far.
Nice faucet. horrible soap dispenser
We like the look of this set. Very easy to install. Had it less than 5 months and the soap dispenser doesnt work anymore.
Easy install but otherwise a waste of money
I bought this maybe 6 months ago. I just replaced it with a better built and cheaper faucet. The install was easy enough but then it started to get looser and looser. Couldn't keep it tight. Then the sprayer kept trying to do both modes at the same time unless I held on to it. Made a horrible noise.
Lowe’s customer service is terrible.
My garbage disposal leaked. My sink is very unstable and not completed even after being told by installer and Lowe’s manager it would be taken care of. The worst experience of my 65 years of purchasing things!!!!!!!
