What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet for effortless installation, sleek modern design, and excellent performance. Most highlight the top-down design that eliminates under-sink work, polished chrome finish, and strong water pressure from the pull-down sprayer. Many appreciate the flexible mounting options and minimalist styling perfect for contemporary kitchens. However, some report the integrated soap dispenser failed within weeks, and a few mention the spray button feeling cheap. Despite these minor durability concerns, most customers consider it an outstanding value and highly recommend it.

The sprayer doesn’t extend enough to effectively rinse out my sink, and it’s impossible to clean off the water spots. I should have invested in a more expensive faucet.

Not that great

Originally bought this in 1/2026. Absolutely loved it. Then the soap dispenser stopped working after about 3 months, would no longer draw soap up the tube (Mrs. Meyers) and now the sink nozzle is starting to drip at the faucet head where it connects to the hose
