Pretty much a winner

The finish is easily scratched. It took awhile to place faucet in sink. Looks simple, but it’s not according to family members I do like the style and color. Spray hose works better than my old one.

Both broke in under 6 months

While they fit the look of my kitchen, the pull down feature was never long enough, which i would have lived with, but the facet began leaking about 3 months after install at the base out onto the countertop and the soap pump stopped being able to suck up soap at month 6. Sub-par products, cheaply made, save your money. While they are sleek looking, they are also apparently trash. We now have to try to go through the warranty, this is a hassle.

Easier to just install traditional faucet

I was really excited to buy this faucet. It's beautiful and I have a bad back, so laying under the sink for extended period of time to install is difficult. It took me about an hour to install because I had to keep pulling everything out and repositioning because the lines were such a tight fit with the mounting bracket. I finally got it done and was hopeful it would be good to go. It's been 3 months and it's very loose. I tried to remove the body to tighten it up with the allen wrech, but the b...
