[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously owned a cream electric Whirlpool stove top for over 20 years, and it was excellent; we only had to replace it when it cracked. Unfortunately, this new black stove top has been a disappointment from the installation. Despite cleaning it after each use, I cannot achieve 100% stain removal. Smooth transaction with Lowe's and Lowe's employees. Item was ordered and we were notified via email that it was available for pick up. Cashiers were patient with us. Inventory/Stock Clerk brought it out and loaded it into our truck. Installation was a breeze and we are already cooking! Thank you, Lowe's
