Avoid Unique
I got one a few years ago. The enamel is rusting/ chipping off. The oven is hard to light and the temperature dial is inaccurate. I was unable to contact their customer service in the first year, so gave up. Now I am going to replace it a few years later. Wish I hadn't wasted my money!

Oven does not work
Purchased in June 2023. In August 2024 the oven would not light. I’ve had a new gas line to the stove installed, new thermocouple installed, various gas valves replaced, and now the company says I need a new gas valve for the oven “clicker” and will only charge me $300! Already spent several hundred dollars on repairmen and parts I didn’t need. Of course this happens 3 months after warranty expired. Guess we will be microwaving our Thanksgiving dinner. I do not recommend this stove!

This is the poorest quality appliance I've ever se
Let's start with the paint on the door is blistering and cracking. And all down the sides. The door doesn't close all the way and the heat is discoloring the plastic knobs. One burner doesn't ignite. The top broiler wont stay lit. So I took this pile of crap apart to see is I could fix it and found that there is no insulation around the oven no insulation in the door. That is a major fire hazard. never worked
the oven part has never worked. complete waste of money and noone is able to help fix. had 3 repair men take a look and they can't do anything because they are not familiar with this type of oven. manufacturer never gets back to you and lowes is difficult to deal with

Retro Oven
Love the color and convection oven. A little tricky to light the oven as its clicks like the top part so you need to make sure it lights. Lowest degree is 300…wish it went low to 200. The top burners are different sizes pros and cons with that.

Sad and Frustrated
Here's the thing, I had Lowes special order this for me. I was so excited but when installing we discovered the stove had to be changed from propane to natural gas. They do send the kit to do this but the stove has a D battery for ignition. What a lot of money to have to work so hard to get it operational. No plug and play here!!! I will never purchase this brand again. The Smeg will be the next one I try and hope it does better.

Total waste of money
I purchased this stove in May 2022, I noticed in June that the convection fan didn't work, and the oven wouldn't stay lit. I contacted Lowe's and was told to contact the mfg. I have been in contact with Unique since June and my stove still does not work. they have no one to service it in my area. The man I was trying to get help from has actually blocked my emails!!
