Late Delivery

Delivery from the factory was late, so order was delayed by 3 days. By chance I just called to verify order was in and bring shipped, but to my dismay the order was in but not being shipped for another 6 days. I needed this material asap so I had to rent a vehicle to pick it up myself. Lowes should have delivered this material as soon as it arrived. Very disappointed

Very nice decking board

I liked the Saddle Fascia composite deck board because it adds a polished, cohesive finish to the deck’s edges. Return not authorized by me

Why was this returned. This was a replacement for a fascia board that was damaged during delivery. It was scheduled for delivery Friday May 16 and it never showed up and now I find out someone, not I, returned it to the store.

Pricey but worth it

The downside to using composite decking material is that they look so good that the pressure treated rim joist looks terrible in comparison. There are other more cost effective ways to cover up the wood framing but this Trex fascia is worth the price. It matches the decking exactly and is made of the same quality materials. Board broke before delivery and Lowes didn't care

Not only did this item take over a month to receive (with No updates found), But it arrived with a crack across the board. The Lowes manager didn't seem to care nor did any employees. What a long time to finish my deck because of Lowes delays. Some of the other decking boards have already warped after 2 months. I thought this was the best material for decks?? Plus when the sun is out, it is a wicked hot surface to walk on.

I do appreciate the way my last order was handled. It was ahead of time, brought to the curbside pick-up in a timely manner. This is a vast improvement to your former responses I've received for these type orders. Keep up the good work.

Need second mortgage to afford Trex Fascia boards

The fascia board matches the deck material perfectly and really upgrades the deck. The problem is the 12ft fascia board cost anywhere between $73 and $139 depending on which Lowes you get it from. In comparison the 12ft deck board cost $24. This is highway robbery.

Poor product and customer support

3 orders and every board was Cupped. Then I was told by manager they were going charge me a 20% restocking fee. This is a manufacturer problem and I should not be penalized with a restocking fee. Or do i assume Lowes does not care about providing there customers with a qualty product.
