The features on the door handles and locks are elegant but tough. I feel safe with these locks on my doors we bought three and all exterior doors of our house are equipped with these smart locks

The app is a little sluggish when it comes to set up instructions and creating additional users but I figured it out. I love it now that it’s been working and in action for the last month! Definitely recommend it!

Decent lock, some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock works fine, mostly. Installation was easy and setup was straightforward. Has had issues with losing wifi connection and codes not working, seems to be working after last hard reset but for the price it has had a lot of issues. Also, get ready to replace the battery a lot. On a positive note, it looks really nice on my door.

Firmware troubles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had issues getting the firmware to update when I did the installation, once we got the firmware updated it seems to be working very well. The issue was the firmware update would use so much battery that the lock would stop the firmware flash prior to completion resulting in an error message. Brand new batteries were going from 100% to less than 15%.

He picked his own code and has a spare key in case the batteries run out. Installation was easy as we got a new door and the installer put it on for us. We have two older phones and two newer phones and the newer phones connected easily to the app and door lock. With the app, we are notified each time the door is unlocked by key or code.
