Connectivity and Battery headaches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 3 identical locks and they all have issues with draining batteries in 1-2 months. Two have trouble keeping connected to Wi-Fi even though with direct line of sight of router and 4 to 20 feet away. The other one almost never connects to Wi-Fi and none of the saved codes work. I have tried Wi-Fi changes and software updates but nothing has helped. 4 months and 3 battery changes for each lock already.

Easy to program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electronic lock with keypad has been fantastic for the most part, we employ caregivers for our mom and its easy to program access hours etc. My only complaint is it disconnects from WiFi occasionally and is annoying to have to reconnect.
