Product was fine . Problem getting it to me .. Delivery was confusing and I had to go too store get it fixed . Naperville store very helpful MK and Ron excellent job . AJ delivery person excellent job . One person not naming was supposed to call AJ with correct phone number never did . AJ went to my neighbor got my phone number and called me to finish delivery

My online order require the purchase of a minimum order of 12 packages of insulation. this was fine because I would require all 12 bundles to insulate my cathedral ceiling. When the order reached the store for delivery, six of the bundles were sold to another customer before it could be delivered to my home. When they delivered my order it was only six bundles. I had paid for 12 bundles. The Assocuate Manager apologized but said the only thing they could do was reorder the missing six bundles. I...
