We started putting this awning together and it was missing parts. Upon calling the manufacturer, we were told that there were two boxes to this shipment and not just one. The manufacturer would not send the missing parts and stated that this happens all the time. I reached out to Lowes and they have no idea where the second box is and may have thrown it out or returned it according to the store manager. Exactly what we needed!!
We purchased this awning to protect our basement patio door/entrance from heavy rain and snow. We still get lots of sunlight and will no longer have a problem with mold around the patio door entrance.

Nice product
Assembly was fairly easy if you read the instructions carefully. I only needed an extra hand (person) for 5 minutes when I hung it over the door. Finished product looks very nice and feels sturdy enough to support our heavy snow storms and high winds. Wife is very pleased.
