I purchased this dryer in error. I picked up the in stock dryer on a Wednesday afternoon and realized my mistake on the following Saturday morning. When I called the store to exchange the gas dryer for electric I was told I was outside of the 48HOUR return window and was stuck. DO NO TRUST LOWES DELIVERY

The washer was delivered but after many attempts to get dryer delivered it was damaged (and the conversion kit was not on the same truck), so we did not take possession of it. Junk Product & Lg Customer Service Sucks

Bought this dryer and matching washer 4 1/2 months ago and the heating element has already gone out on the dryer. You can barely get into customer support because of their AI. You have to jump through all these hoops and pay for your gas company to come out and make sure everything is right with the gas coming into your house and they need proof that they came out and it’s still not enough even though the dryer was working just fine and the prior dryer was drying just fine and we still don’t hav...

Good experience

I've just used the dryer once so I can't say a lot about how well it dries. The basic settings are pretty clear to figure out. It will take some time to learn all the ins and outs. But I can say we bought this at Lowes because another nearby store did not have a floor model we could actually look at, and the employee there clearly knew nothing about the dryers. The man at Lowes who sold us the dryer was able to answer questions, or look up the answers on his phone if he was not sure.

Make sure the correct connection is available

The product is great. However Lowe’s sent the wrong connection kit. When I attempted to exchange it, the correct kit was not in stock. I had to hire a licensed installer for connection of a gas product. This cost extra money

Worst appliance experience ever

The instal technician never conducted the initial test when installing. My wife did, and it had an error code of D80. When I called Lowes, I spoke to multiple people who all told me there were different solutions, none of which worked. I had it swapped out for a second dryer (same make and model), and it had the same error code. Lowes told me to have my vents cleaned, so I spent $200 to do so. LG Dryer, So Far, So Good

I like this product so far. The guys that did the installation Roger and Gilberth were great. They did a great job and even went above and beyond by letting us clean behind the old unit before installing the new one. They also helped secure the vent so it would not come apart. They were great and did and excellent job.

Lowes doesn’t know natural gas from liquid propane

I was explicit when shopping for a dryer that I needed one that was compatible with liquid propane. The sales agent assured me that this one was. I was also told that the dryer would be ready in two to three days for the installer to pick up. End of long story, the dryer needed a conversion kit from natural gas to propane, and Lowe’s could not find or figure out how to order the conversion kit. We had to deal with LG directly. Great Looking Dryer But Why the Slanted Top

The pros of this dryer are the lint trap and that the shape collects more lint than my old dryer. I also like the look of the glass door it seems stylish. The cons of this dryer are that the top is slanted so it's harder to store things on top. I also had a tough time with the settings and had to find one that worked for my drying style. What I mean is that the first few cycles, not all my clothes were dry. I ended up going with the "timed" dry setting. I think this has to do with the dryer also...
