Warm, dry clothes, quiet, efficient

This dryer is great so far, after about 3 months of use. It is very quiet while running, just a gentle, agreeable hum. The size of this unit is "big" or average American appliance size, not like most of the heat pump dryers. It easily fits a big load of laundry. The clothes DO come out warm and dry. Excellent clothes dryer by LG

I bought this dryer a little over a year ago. It does a great job on all types of fabrics. It does take a little longer to dry, but clothes come out softer, cause they don't get burnt by excessive heat. The best part is not having to clean my vent at all anymore. That would cost me about $150.

I like it but reliability is an issue

I'm an early adopter of this model. After 2 years. the dryer started having issues and displayed drain pump error. It was occasional, then got yo the point that I couldn't finish a cycle. I always clean the filters and did all the troubleshooting, no clogs. The tech had to replace the whole base assembly. The whole dryer had to be torn apart and they don't sell the pump by itself. Purchased LG ventless dryer Part 1: First dryer delivered and the internal drain pump didn’t work! Waited 3 weeks for its replacement Part 2 Ran a couple loads found water on floor, ceiling tiles wet and water on basement rec room carpet. Delivery guys hooked the drain line to upper port instead of water drain line! Another water clean up! Wow!! What a nice machine.

5 plus stars on quiet. Clothes come out warm, no difference in wrinkles. Unit is rated at 830W vs my old dryer of same size 6200W. What is not considered is I no longer evacuate my conditioned air when the dryer is running and I don't have a 4" hole thru the wall. Beware! This dryer spews lint all into the air in your home. Getting it serviced and dealing with LG is a pain. We have used this dryer for months and like a lot about it. BUT all of that is negated by the amount of lint all in our home. You also have to deal with a lot of care with this dryer. Running condenser cleaning cycles, drum cleaning cycles, washing the filters. It's so much work. Truly regret this purchase.

Biggest mess up ever!

The delivery driver arrived asking if I had heard from the delivery company (I hadn't). There was a sign on the dryer that stated that it was notably damaged and to deliver it anyways. I called my local Lowe's and they told me to refuse delivery. I refused the dryer. 6+ phone calls later, I still have no washer & dryer, and the pedestals that were supposed to be delivered weren't delivered but a manager told me they were. Fantastic Dryer/Poor Installation

We are very pleased with our new ventless dryer. We have a dryer vent that is about 30 feet long going up to our roof. It was a constant chore to try to keep it clean. Ventless is the only way to go! The Lowes install was unacceptable. The delivery crew just set in our laundry room, plugged it in, turned it on and left.
