Loving My New LG Washer and Dryer

I’ve had my new LG washer and dryer for two weeks and I just love them! I also purchased the pedestals and really appreciate the height it gives to my new appliances - makes doing laundry so much easier! I like all the cleaning and drying options provided too.

This LG washer was defective. It would not spin the clothes out at times. I put it on normal cycle and it washed my clothes for 3 hours one day. From day one, the machine would vibrate and moved as much as 2 to 3 ft. It tore 3 holes in our rug. Nightmare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was great when it was working haven’t had a Washing machine now for six weeks finally I’m gonna get a refund was not able to repair it. It’s been a nightmare dealing with LG. Otherwise I have several LG products and have never had any trouble now I know if I have Trouble good luck

Huge upgrade from my previous washer!

I LOVE this washer. It is a huge upgrade from my previous front load washer. Honestly, not even comparable. Pros: 1. The app is phenomenal. The user experience is genuinely good. Overcomplicated, rough on close, subpar cleaning

This washer has way too many settings, none of them work great. the controls rarely work on the first try, it's a terrible user experience. If you're looking for a washer, go get the Electrolux instead.

Love my new LG washer

I was on the fence about trying a front load machine. I was concerned about how clean my clothes could get without an agitator. I also worried about water leaking from the door. Both of these concerns were quickly alleviated. I had to replace my GE top load washer after having the agitator replaced less than 2 months ago. When the notches wore down on the new part that fast, I made the decision to buy a new washer. I have alot of heavy laundry and use my washer daily due to 2 incontinent adults....

Expensive repairs after 3yrs

I purchased this in March of 2023. It’s now July of 2026 and the repair man ($145 diagnosis) told us that he guesses the repair will cost an additional $350. However that’s a guess because it won’t light up or turn on to give an error code. If it’s the entire circuit board/computer then it’ll cost about $500-$600 to fix after we’ve tried the $350 repair.
