29" snowing tree
just as described! it's snowing ! followed directions & worked 1st time we turned on. no issues. lights twinkle n steady on modes, music is medium sound-not too loud but, loud enough. kept on low for snow, if i go faster some snow bounces out. Use a vinyl table cloth or bed sheet under base to collect any fly-away snow balls to recycle back in to base, empty prob. every 2-3 days. we LOVE IT! Pretty to look at but makes a mess

I purchased this tree knowing that my grandchildren would just love to see it "snow" inside. Put it together, turned it on, air started blowing, nothing. The snow stays in the bottom of the umbrella. Tried contacting the company and they have not been helpful at all.
