Excellent customer service

Would Recommend

I've loved the look and functionality of this faucet since purchasing it. I recently had a problem that required me to reach out to Forious for a replacement. Sunny was my customer service agent and I couldn't be more pleased. Every contact and response was prompt and positive. I received my replacement quicker than originally expected. The overall experience has been great.

Great upgrade to my kitchen sink!

Would Recommend

This faucet is definitely an upgrade from the original faucet in my kitchen. This faucet is quite a bit taller than the original making it easier to wash and rinse larger items. Installation was very easy for my 13 year old (he can get under the sink a lot easier than me). After the install, I noticed that the hose was routed so the weight would get caught on the pipes when I pulled the faucet down, but it was extremely easy to remedy because of the quick disconnect on the hose! I love the s...

Kitchen faucet upgrade

Would Recommend

Needed an upgrade from my basic kitchen faucet. Found that this one was cost effective and seemingly easy to install. As expected, the install went very smoothly with only needing an adjustable wrench and a screw driver. Instruction were clear, short and sweet. The flow of water is much faster, and I love the pull out hose feature! Overall great pick for any kitchen upgrade!

Overall Ok, Short hoses and annoying aerator.

Would Recommend

Overall well constructed especially for the price. Works as intended. Unfortunately the supply hoses were not long enough to reach the valves on the floor of my cabinet so I had to buy adapters and extensions to reach. Also the aerator is not well designed and lightly mists the area around the water stream. I swapped the aerator for the one from my old faucet and solved the problem.

Black paint chipping

Would Not Recommend

This is pretty and seems to work good ive had no problems on function. I give 1 star only because ive only had it four months and the black paint has already started cracking and chipping away. I'll have to waste more money replacing it before to long since it already looks worn and raggedy from peeling paint.
