It fit right into the space that my 2009 fifth wheal had for a washer/dryer unit! I installed it all by my self in a few hours without a problem! I did call tech support for basic questions and they were very helpful after only a brief hold time. It's very quiet and is great for small loads which is all I need it for. I am well pleased!

Great Product
My 3 stars is for the delivery and install. The delivery men wouldn't hook up the hoses because the ends were plastic instead of steal and apparently they have rules against hooking up hoses to plastic ends. Then before they left, I asked them to make sure it was ready and they said they turned it on and it looks good. I explained I have had washers and dryers before and I needed to remove shipping rods. They both said, a combo unit like this won't have those, but sure enough as soon as they lef...

The W/D runs well but dry time is longer than advertised. The person who put the order together apparently did not notice that 2 intake hoses were included with the product. That person added hoses to the parts order, at a cost to me of $42.98 plus tax, when setting up the order. Not worth it
I am full time living in an RV so was limited to what washer / dryer combo options were available. This appliance had the highest rating with 4.0 stars, so I took a shot. It seems to wash decently but drying on the ventless setting is a ZERO. Doesn’t work. Worst customer service via appliancedesk.com. Lowe’s is allowing us to return it but the month long journey to get to this solution was horrific and my face is still hot with anger.

Don’t buy this machine! Mine was delivered on time and set up. The test run was a disaster,water was pouring out of holes in the drain hose. I went to Lowe’s and showed them the damage. They setup a date for it to be repaired, the drain hose couldn’t be replaced it was permanently attached. A second machine was delivered a week later, same issue the hose was damaged.
