My 3 stars is for the delivery and install. The delivery men wouldn't hook up the hoses because the ends were plastic instead of steal and apparently they have rules against hooking up hoses to plastic ends. Then before they left, I asked them to make sure it was ready and they said they turned it on and it looks good. I explained I have had washers and dryers before and I needed to remove shipping rods. They both said, a combo unit like this won't have those, but sure enough as soon as they lef...

The W/D runs well but dry time is longer than advertised. The person who put the order together apparently did not notice that 2 intake hoses were included with the product. That person added hoses to the parts order, at a cost to me of $42.98 plus tax, when setting up the order. The installers used the needlessly purchased hoses instead of the hoses that came with the unit. When I returned to Lowe's with the hoses that came with the unit I was refused a refund bacause they were not exactly th...

Not worth it
I am full time living in an RV so was limited to what washer / dryer combo options were available. This appliance had the highest rating with 4.0 stars, so I took a shot. It seems to wash decently but drying on the ventless setting is a ZERO. I do not have an exterior vent yet (RV is prepped but have to cut into the RV wall) so have only used the ventless option and assumed based on the description that says, on Lowe’s site, wash and dry normal load in 2-3 hours would be the expectation assum...

Doesn’t work. Worst customer service via appliancedesk.com. Lowe’s is allowing us to return it but the month long journey to get to this solution was horrific and my face is still hot with anger.
