Good Quality Vinyl Shutter
Recently bought two sets of these. They appear sturdy and of decent quality. I didn't use the plastic push-in fasteners to attach to the mortar. Used the steel screws that also come enclosed (but not listed), and some 1 1/2" lead inserts I purchased separate.
