What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the shower base for its solid, heavy-duty construction and straightforward installation, with most highlighting the sturdy one-piece design and non-slip texture as major advantages. However, many report a critical issue: the drain is offset from the advertised center position, forcing some to reconfigure plumbing or return units. Several note dimensional discrepancies and slippery surfaces despite anti-slip claims. Despite this drain placement frustration, most customers consider the product's exceptional build quality and ease of installation worthwhile, though they urge clearer product descriptions.

I ordered this shower pans from a different retailer, and it came in damaged due to the extremely poor packaging. Reordered and again, came in damaged. This already set our project back by over 2 weeks. Decided to order through Lowes in hopes of a better experience. came in damaged again. 3 strikes

Warning: not idiot-proof!

Would Recommend

Great product but would be helpful if you put a large warning sticker on the unit, since my moron installer didn't look at the instructions (or can't read) and didn't use mortar. Tile went on afterward and now we have a very squeaky pan and a difficult repair. Either we remove the tile that was set around it, and the pan, which will be costly, or we try and inject foam underneath. We are going to try the latter. It's unfortunate that you have to idiot-proof a product, but one big 'ol sticker...

Quality product at a fair price.

Would Recommend

Good product and quality for the price. It was difficult to get panels to fit around the pan and Lowes was not entirely helpful in accomplishing that but we were able to have their pro desk find the correct panels.

shower floor

Would Recommend

Nicely made shower floor; using in a remodel and didn't want to have a tile shower floor. Nice bright white and seems sturdily made.
