I ordered this shower pans from a different retailer, and it came in damaged due to the extremely poor packaging. Reordered and again, came in damaged. This already set our project back by over 2 weeks. Decided to order through Lowes in hopes of a better experience. came in damaged again. 3 strikes

Warning: not idiot-proof!

Would Recommend

Great product but would be helpful if you put a large warning sticker on the unit, since my moron installer didn't look at the instructions (or can't read) and didn't use mortar. Tile went on afterward and now we have a very squeaky pan and a difficult repair. Either we remove the tile that was set around it, and the pan, which will be costly, or we try and inject foam underneath. We are going to try the latter. It's unfortunate that you have to idiot-proof a product, but one big 'ol sticker...

Good product and quality for the price. It was difficult to get panels to fit around the pan and Lowes was not entirely helpful in accomplishing that but we were able to have their pro desk find the correct panels.
