Ease of picking up

Even though the young lady at the desk was helpful the young lady that actually fulfilled my order seemed very unhappy and not really willing to load it in my rig. Might need some coaching on customer service

Bricks are well made

The bricks have a flower design.

Check the concrete blocks before loading

Good service. 17 of the 18 concrete blocks were the end of one pallet. The final block for my order required finding and opening another pallet. Thank you for that effort. The blocks themselves had a lot of concrete bits attached to them that I had to scape off. The order last Sepetember was much cleaner.

Great product. The Longview WA staff superb.

It matched the previous blocks we had perfectly. We did have to travel from Idaho up to Washington to get them however.

Quality is meh

A lot of chips and excess/residual concrete

Color is much darker - disappointed

The color is way darker than the pictures, maybe that'll change I don't know but it's likely it won't match the ones that I already have. When they made the mold, a bunch of the material poured over so there's all this excess junk in between the different parts of the block and it looks just sloppy and seems really cheap.
