Got the black houstonian awning (68 inch wide with 36 inch projection) and I cannot tell you how much I love it. I was looking into hiring a contractor to add a porch or portico to add some much needed architectural interest to the front of my house. Found this awning and it was just was perfect. Bracing is very well made and feels very solid. Instructions were pretty easy to follow and installed ourselves. Tip build a scaffold to hold the awning when installing. Also we used longer scr...

Recvd an "open box"
I called Lowe's and explained that I was not satisfied with one of the awnings that I received. I ordered 3 AwnTech awnings. They were very satisfactory except for 1. The smallest awning was an "opened" box. All parts were not properly packaged. I would like a refund to my Lowe's credit card. And a return mail label - from you - to return this product.
