Got the black houstonian awning (68 inch wide with 36 inch projection) and I cannot tell you how much I love it. I was looking into hiring a contractor to add a porch or portico to add some much needed architectural interest to the front of my house. Found this awning and it was just was perfect. Recvd an "open box"
I called Lowe's and explained that I was not satisfied with one of the awnings that I received. I ordered 3 AwnTech awnings. They were very satisfactory except for 1. The smallest awning was an "opened" box. All parts were not properly packaged. I would like a refund to my Lowe's credit card. And a return mail label - from you - to return this product.
