items were purchased through Lowe's pro desk. the third party company ship the item directly to me be a FedEx Freight. I was unable to track shipment. you call FedEx they were unable to help you. you call Lowe's they were unable to help you because the third party set up the shipping. you yourself cannot contact the third party. total nightmare. would not recommend using Lowe's to purchase third party items

Taking forever, shipped wrong way.
I'm sure the product will be fine, if it EVER GETS HERE! It was supposed to be next day delivery. I've been waiting. I finally decided to check on the order. it was shipped from Arizona, where I live, to Texas, then to Mississippi. now it says it's in Mississippi but will arrive tomorrow. I placed a different order last year that they sent to North Carolina then informed me that it was damaged in shipping. No kidding, it also originated in Arizona then went to the east coast!.
