Balanced knife. Sharp easy blade. Great handle
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so great. This knife is gorgeous. The weight is good, just on the right side of heavy. The blade is super sharp. The grip and movement of the knife is really comfortable. I'm excited to use it a lot as holiday cooking kicks into high gear!

Best Santoku Blade I’ve used
