Great Sturdy Sharp Veggie and Melon Knife
Would RecommendMy go to knife is usually my 7” Professional S chef’s knife…previously I loved my 8” professional S chefs knife but found the 7” so much easier to use and controls…today I used the 5&1/2” Pro Rocking Santoko to cut Orange Flesh melon and Canary Melon…and tomato, mushrooms, scallions, peppers and it was great…it is a heavy sturdy knife for its length but that added weight works for me (6’1&1/2” tall with large hands) and I believe that I will be reaching for this knife often especially for veggie...

Perfect addition to my set
Well made German steel as expected - Good size, great weight and wonderful balance in the hand. This knife is super sharp as well. First time use it was cutting paper thin slices of fresh celery.
