My new favorite knife

This is now my favorite knife. Great for veggies and anything else for that matter. Fits my hands perfectly and ever so evenly balanced and sharp beyond belief. The rocker edge makes a difference from the straight cut Santoku knife, which I still like but this one is incrementally better. As with all Zwilling knifes, the value is exceptional; you get what you pay for as they say. Highly recommended.

Good knives make cooking pleasant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives have a nice balance, the handles grip well, and they’re sharp. Respect their quality and don’t put them in the dishwasher. They’ll knock against others and nick the blades.

My favorite knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded several of our knives to Zwilling Pro. I love all of them but so far this one is my favorite. It is a super versatile tool that is a pleasure to use. Things I like about it: (1) The curved bolster and overall balance of the knife make it very comfortable to use, whether in pinch grip or handle grip. In pinch grip it becomes a precision cutting tool, while it sometimes makes sense to grip further back for larger chopping...

Best brand ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the weight, balance and sharpness. It is very sharp, and after getting used to using this knife it is my favorite. I use it every day. I added this knife to my Zwilling Pro 8 piece block set. I would recommend Zwilling JA Henckels to anyone.

Hard to find in stores

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing knife. I originally purchased the 7” rocking blade but it was too heavy for my hands. This one is a great size and extremely smooth.
