Outstanding, must-have knife

Splendor in German cutlery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had always wanted to up my cooking game with professional knives and Zwilling is worth every penny. It does take a little time to stop cutting yourself because they are like razor blades

Cuts easily

Feels Excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is exactly what I was looking for - a perfect everyday knife that feels great and reduces the effort needed to cut through more difficult items like carrots. The grooves on the edge of the knife prevent food from sticking as you are cutting, which is very convenient. It feels like a solid, ergonomic knife in the hand.

Amazing for chopping

Lovely Knife

The weight is nice, heavy enough to feel the quality but not clunky enough to slow me down. Perfect hybrid knife

I’m not the kind of person who uses a 6+ inch chef’s knife for everything - some times that’s just too much knife for what I’m doing and I reach for something smaller. This rocking Santoku is perfect for those tasks, and gives me the best of the Eastern and Western style knives in one!

German quality

You know when you pick it up, & use it that first time, that it's a fine piece of cutlery. It, along with my 7'' non rocking hollow edge santoku are my 2 most used knives.

Great for a beginner
