Never thought chopping could be so easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always just used a regular knife to chop and never could chop vegetables fine unless I used a hand processor but with this cleaver it is awesome to chop up just as fine as I can get it - love it, wish I had gotten one sooner

Nice weighted knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vegetable cleaver has a great weight and size to make quick work of vegetables like celery and carrots as well as quickly chop herbs. Still need to see on longevity but so far so good.

Multi-Use tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharpest cleaver Ive had, slightly heavy for my taste, but can chop perfectly using both chinese and western techniques. Manufacturer says for vegetables, byt my personal use ranges from crushing spices to making cuts on big pieces of meat. The cleaver has a fantastic and dangerous edge, retains well...more than any other knife ive had, and is my go to knife/cooking tool on the daily. I absoluteky love ot
